About rental
What does the rental include?
The machine, toner, drums and spare parts, scheduled maintenance, an on-site technician and automatic monitoring. Details and prices are set in your quote based on the machine and your volume.
How is the invoice calculated?
From the machine's real meter, which uploads itself to the system. No estimates, no disputes.
What if the machine breaks down?
We'll usually know before you: the machine reports the fault and a service request opens automatically. You can also request service from the QR sticker and track it with a code.
Can I buy in instalments instead?
We don't offer instalments. If you don't want to pay for a machine up front, all-inclusive rental is the answer.
